The Autumn Paradox

The lungs and large intestine have a secret. They're masters of the perfect paradox: to receive, we must first release. Every inhale needs an exhale. Every new beginning needs a proper ending. But we've forgotten this rhythm. We're all inhale, no exhale. All accumulation, no release. No wonder we're feeling stuck. Maybe autumn isn't about pumpkin spice after all. Maybe it's about remembering how to let go.
