About the Practitioner

I bring a unique perspective to acupuncture with advanced degrees in acupuncture, environmental studies, biology, and sociology. As a NCBAHM board-certified and NADA-certified practitioner, I combine Five Element acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine with a deep understanding of biological systems and environmental health factors. With 6+ years serving the Olympic Peninsula, I've helped hundreds of patients find lasting relief and renewed vitality.

Qi Gong

Qi Gong is the movement practice that complements acupuncture — and the one you can take home. Classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels, and the techniques are simple enough to practice daily. Taught in Sequim at Blue Mountain Yoga.
